The following responsibilities i take on for my job role is:

shed maintenance:

• staff training and delegation of shed maintenance jobs.
• Management of maintenance in the shed.
• Accountability for recording in the fonterra dairy dairy app

shed stock management:

• (teat spray, shed equipment rubber wear, antibiotics, animal health products etc)
• communication with contract milker around low stock of shed items and replacement requirements.

Shed hygiene:

• staff training around correct shed hygiene
• Management of standard operating producers and updating these producers with help from the contract milker.

• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• excellent communication skills
