I am a passionate and determined FMCG professional with 20 years of experience in the sector. I bring a proven track record in quality assurance, as well as the successful development and launch of new products, driving verified and reliable sales growth across international markets. I have demonstrated leadership in managing large teams, achieving goals and objectives aligned with commercial strategy.
I am seeking a role in an organisation that values initiative, where I can lead key innovation projects and contribute to the implementation of strategic short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
Over the past 4 years, I have developed and launched approximately 200 private label products, primarily perishable products. During this time, I have successfully led each development by applying technical expertise, market analysis, and formulation skills.
Additionally, I have executed innovation projects that have transformed consumer habits in Chile, such as the launch of a gluten-free product line.
During my last year, I led product development on a regional level, collaborating with the six countries where Cencosud is present; to date, my greatest success was launching the Cuisine&Co brand in Brazil in March 2024.
Participated in a strategic project of the company, which sought to integrate for the first time a technical-commercial professional profile, achieving great benefits at the company level, which materialized in various launches of ´private label´ (own brand) products.
Implemented the first comprehensive quality assurance plan, as part of Cencosud's strategic change, in which its own brand became a fundamental pillar of the company. This plan became the basis for supermarkets in Chile, Perú, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil.
Part of a team that implemented a quality management system in the private label products area.
in this role I also implemented good manufacturing practices and HACCP audits of own brand suppliers.
Part of the team in charge of certifying supermarkets with HACCP, BRC and IFS standards.
Implemented systems to evaluate fruit and vegetable suppliers applying it to the entire supermarket chain, which until today is part of the supplier entry policy in Chilean supermarkets.
