• Planning maintenance using FMMS (Fleet Maintenance Management System).
• Taking oil, fuel and coolant samples for analysis.
• Fueling and ballasting to maintain the ships liquid state.
• Vibration Analysis.
• Welding, Lathe and Mill Work.

Maintenance and diagnostics on the following systems and components:

• Diesel Engines (Man B&W, Wartsila).
• Generators with 3 phase, 60hz, 440v output.
• Gearboxes.
• Shafts, Couplings and Bearings.
• Refrigeration.
•HVAC

• Pumps, Valves and Heat Exchangers.
• Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
• Sewage Treatment Plants.
• Power Distribution (switchboards, transformers, battery banks, circuit Breakers).
