2023 New Zealand latte art championships 3rd

It took me just a year and a half to progress from having no knowledge of latte art to earning third place in the New Zealand National Latte Art Championship. I have been in the café industry for six years, but my passion for latte art truly began when I joined Demi. My boss, Dennis, provided me with invaluable guidance and unwavering support, even entrusting me with the café's keys.  
I dedicated myself to intense practice, often working from 6 PM to 6 AM every day. During my shifts, I noticed a remarkable improvement in my coffee-making speed without compromising quality, consistently delivering exceptional beverages. Though those days were challenging, I cherished the journey of self-improvement and skill mastery, which strengthened both my craft and my passion for coffee.
