Growing up in Te Ao Māori, I have always been drawn in and fascinated by Tangaroa/the sea and Tane Mahuta/ the bush. My father and uncles would show me skills that would last me a life time and how to catch and hunt to sustain myself and my family. Over the years I have evolved and mastered these skills and knowledge that was past down and now past it on to my own children and others. I also enjoy traveling as have been overseas for and lived Australia for ten year's  also travelled though Indonesia. These days every holidays there nothing like a good road around Aotearoa/New Zealand as we have one of the most beautiful countries in the world
