I am a hard working responsible, Honest and disciplined person have done a variety of different jobs Majoring mostly in hospitality and also served four years in the New Zealand Army. I have a lot of leadership and management experience and am definitely a people person. I love to work hard and work within a team environment so we all reach our potential and see results. After being in Perth I have had the opportunity to be the Venue Manager of two iconic Perth Hotels and have loved it. I then moved to Sydney where I was management in Manufacturing becoming General Manager of Half Price Shutters.

  • Started as Production Manager for Half Price, this entailed scheduling of Installers Day to day overseeing factory production and factory staff
  • Supervising Sales Managers and office staff ensuring ordering and maintaining of stock
  • Creating sales promotions approving of payments to suppliers and Staff
  • Training hiring and dismissing of staff when required
  • Once promoted to General Manager did all as above however also working with Owners on the business currently overseeing the move to a New Factory, Managing the business working with Suppliers of various companies negotiating supply contracts
  • Selling Window Furnishings in Canberra, Sydney, Newcastle and Central Coast
  • Training of Sales reps on how to engage with customers and new products
  • Learning about different fabrics for products and ensuring the customer is buying the correct one for their needs
