I am Jonty Lee and I pride myself in being a Honest, hard working, reliable person.
I have grown up on farm all my life and feel Farming the right direction for me to persue as i am nearing the end of my secondary school education. I am very much an outdoors person & enjoy been hands on learning new skills.
I work well on my own and in a large team environment.
I am a great communicator and dont mind asking questions if im unsure on instructions. I understand the elements of farming means i will be out there doing it rain, hail, snow & shine.
I look forward to growing my own team of dogs and growing my stockmanship skills to a high level.
I have a very close relationship with my family including my older sister and 2 younger brothers and enjoy spending time with them in my spare time.
Hobbies i also are enjoy are Rugby, Hunting, Fishing & Tramping.

- Performed general maintenance tasks around the farm including Topping paddocks in a tractor on flat paddocks and some easy rolling paddocks, basic fencing skills including tracking electric fences/faults & shifting break fences, basic butchery skills, weed wiping in a side x side and tractor with a tow behind trailer.
- Hands on assistance with animal husbandry tasks including feeding livestock, help in a team environment with lamb weaning, drenching, vaccinating, crutching (basic handpiece skills) weighing with Pratley scales and Tru Test indicators weighing animals into multiple weight ranges (I can extract stats and start new sessions as required) also with Te Pari cattle crush, Have also milked the Station cows (2 cows with a single cow milking machine) involved in tailing and duties in the woolshed at shearing time.
- Had experience in deer yards for weaner drenching and and weighing for market.
- Used all-terrain vehicles to travel over expansive land holding, pastures and grazing areas to monitor animal activities, 4x4 quad, 4x4 side by side, 4x4 truck 2 wheel motorbikes.
- Experience on horse back.
- Mustered livestock to pastures for grazing or to scales, trucks or other enclosures, using Dads dogs.
- Loaded trucks with harvested products for delivery to markets or processing facilities Prime & store lambs & ewes moving off farm.
- Cleaned deer sheds pens and equipment using water hoses or pumps ( disinfected deer shed after velveting)
- I am competent using the Resolution App to record timesheets, tasks, any duties assigned to me & find information i need.
- I have sprayed gorse, also used granulated prills on gorse & broom.
