Responsibilities:

Inspecting and repairing pool and spa equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems. This includes troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.

4. Installation:

Installing new pools and spas, including setting up plumbing, electrical connections, and structural components.

5. Customer Service:

Interacting with clients to provide advice on pool and spa care, addressing their concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

6. Safety Compliance:

Ensuring all work complies with local safety standards and regulations. This includes proper handling of chemicals and adherence to safety protocols.

7. Seasonal Opening and Closing:

Performing tasks related to the opening of pools at the beginning of the season and closing them down at the end, such as covering and uncovering pools, and winterizing equipment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in mechanical and electrical repair, knowledge of pool and spa equipment, and familiarity with water chemistry.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Attention to Detail:

Ensuring all maintenance and repairs are performed to high standards to ensure the safety and functionality of pools and spas.

Problem Solving:

Ability to diagnose and fix problems quickly and efficiently.

Customer Service:

Strong communication skills to interact with customers and provide clear instructions and recommendations.

Certification:

Freight Driver

Job Summary:

The freight driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods and materials over long distances. This role involves driving large trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and tankers, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving and Navigation:

Operate and drive different types of trucks to transport goods.

Navigate long routes using GPS and other navigation tools.

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.

Safety and Compliance:

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues.

Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

- Maintain and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Load and Unload Freight:

Assist with the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring they are properly secured.

Verify load against shipping papers and check for any damages or discrepancies.

Customer Service:

Interact professionally with clients during pickups and deliveries.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times.
