  • Consultant project manager for multiple decarbonisation-focused engineering capital projects, utilising predictive and agile approaches as applicable and fostering strong relationships with multiple contractors and clients.
  • Led the development of business cases totaling $150M in CAPEX for two biogas construction projects, managing the projects through the concept design phase, with budgets of $1-3M, to refine CAPEX estimates to a higher accuracy.
  • Owned a diverse array of work packages including civils/structurals, resource consenting and boiler installation. Involved building & resource consent compliance processes and construction/commissioning health & safety considerations.
  • Created comprehensive tender procurement documentation (for a design-build contract, $25M in value) and led the successful tender process for the suppliers.
