Summary

Personal statement: I am currently employed at Te Rapa McDonalds in which I have been working at for almost 5 years now. I have developed myself a lot over the last few years and have been in the role of customer experience manager for the previous year. Previously I ran the product quality system for 2 years. In that time frame I have learnt a lot, and have been assisting my RM to meet targets to help achieve the stores PAC budget. I have attended an IDM course in which I have completed my PCAP. I then went to the product quality course in which I have also finished my PCAP and have just recently finished my PPC PCAP. After nearly 3 years as a department manager I am wanting to continue to develop and push myself, and I think this could be the next opportunity for me to pursue. Personal skills and experience: I have completed NCEA level 1 with merit, as well as completing an entrance to university course in which I have increased my knowledge with IT and organisation skills. In my first year of management I won manager of the month 4 times, including double December. I have successfully looked after the product quality department for 1.5 years in which I have achieved a 72% GP. I have been able to consistently run good results on BSV shifts, getting triple A result on 2/ 3 that I have ran. I am able to work well unsupervised, and have been left in charge when my restaurant manager was away to run the store.
