Majoring in Microbiology and Food Science at the University of Otago, I have developed a strong understanding of various food processing techniques, including Pulsed Electric Field (PEF), High-Pressure Processing (HPP), and spray drying. I have honed my laboratory skills in microbiology, with a particular focus on the critical importance of working within an aseptic environment.
