Hi, I am NZ citizen born in Scotland.I have been away for more than 35 years, living in NZ in this time. I have a positive outlook and a can do attitude. I have been assessing for 9 years as well as over 3 years as a Supplier Relationship Manager within the claims assessing unit in IAG. All up I have 12 years in insurance claims. I am a reliable worker with an easygoing happy nature and a can do attitude. I am a good fit with most people and get on well in a team environment. I have an extensive Building background, which never stopped when I went into Insurance assessing and relationship management for IAG. I have great knowledge and training in health and safety,and have worked closely with Impaq. I am very focused on customer service and have had good results in improving our suppliers structure in this area. I have good knowledge of Natural disaster assessing and have been a key person on every event in NZ over the last 12 years,organising builders and key staff at the disaster sites.
