I have been a merchandiser for a bit over a year now and I have had experience in all sorts of grocery stores all across Auckland. I know the layout, how it works and I have a Safe In-Store Pass. Not only have I had experience in managing stock and keeping shelves full, but a lot of merchandising is fixing the appearance of the product to maximise sales. These skills will translate well working in a grocery store.

I worked at Post Haste for some work over the summer holidays. Around Christmas time there was a huge amount of freight coming into the warehouse so, a lot of the job relied on sorting through freight as soon as possible to stop backlogs. Starting the job during the busiest time of the year meant I had to learn fast and adapt to the system to help as much as possible.
