I have been working the grape harvest as an employee at our family winery. This has involved the following tasks

driving the forklift, receiving fruit and processing grapes. Setting up and running pumps and winery equipment as needed. Working both unattended and as part of a small team.

I worked at the Bannockburn Hotel predominantly in the bar but also assisting as needed with front of house and kitchen duties

• Handled high-pressure situations with composure, maintaining excellent service standards even during busy shifts.
