I spent a few years working in customer service which has taught me how to best interact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction. I actively listened to customers, handled concerns quickly and escalated major issues to supervisor. It has given me experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation which has helped me navigate client interactions as an electrician and conflict on the jobsite. I also developed relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty.
