As a Team Leader in a plastic water tank factory, I was responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring product quality, and managing a team of machine operators and general hands. My role involved coordinating workflow, monitoring output against targets, and resolving any production or staffing issues to keep operations running smoothly. I ensured health and safety procedures were followed and led by example in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. I also trained new staff, supported ongoing skills development, and worked closely with supervisors and quality control to meet customer specifications and deadlines.

As a factory worker in an artesian water bottling facility, I was responsible for supporting the production line to ensure the efficient and hygienic processing, bottling, and packaging of high-quality artesian water. My duties included operating and monitoring filling machines, checking for leaks or defects in bottles, labelling products, and preparing pallets for distribution. I adhered strictly to hygiene and safety protocols to maintain product purity and workplace safety.
