Hammer-hand/landscaper for client

• Taking responsibility to organize groups into ability levels among other instructors. Safely managing people in a potentially dangerous environment. Patiently teaching all levels and ages of skiing, and adjusting my teaching style accordingly.
• Safely running a ski lift, while adding to a guests experience with a smile.
• Working in a fast paced environment lending out ski gear to guests to make their ski experience possible.

• This included ski set up in the mornings and teaching ski lessons in the day. Other duties including working in the ski tech shop (fitting boots and skis), ski sign up (admin), operating the beginner ski lifts, clearing tables, serving food, being a bell boy and general ski hosting (guest experience and contact) in the evenings.

• Assisted with diverse construction challenges to help team and customer. This included landscaping high end gardens, painting fences and occasionally using various tools such as hammers, drills, slide saws and landscaping equipment.

Provided quality customer service including taking payments, making coffee, helping with stock take, baking pies and cleaning.

• I was mostly helping out in the kitchen with food preparation, small amounts of cooking and doing the dishes as well. I also helped with customer service and waiting on tables.

• Operated the lighting for two plays for the junior Theatre.
• Conducted proper set-up of lights, implementing necessary changes during production and running cables.
