- Negotiating contracts: this involved drafting master agreements, negotiating terms and conditions with external law firms, and extensive work with top management at FBNZ.

- Owning the Delegation of Authority matrix: renewals and communicating company wide updates to the document that sets out the decision-making authority levels with the company
- Customer disputes: drafting settlement agreements, letters of demand, and preparation for Disputes Tribunal claims. Communicating with customers direct to resolve situations
- Handling of the insurance portfolio, including negotiating renewals and involvement with the claims processes for General, Professional Indemnity, Cyber, Employer's and Statutory Liability policies.
