Manage and maintain the weekly FM process

Manage the baseline forecast

Manage key stakeholder relationships with sales team to ensure capture of accurate promotional data and exceptional events to supplement baseline forecast.

Actively participate in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to ensure demand forecasts for the FP network are accurate

Support the FP Production Planner as required

Review and update BOM’s as required

Participate in weekly Supply and Demand planning reviews

Develop an understanding of the various planning tools used within the NZ Planning team.

Develop tools and processes that help improve the efficiency of the Planning team.

Develop reports and provide analytics that provides insights to the planning team and the wider business

Provide backup and coverage for other planning roles as required.

Actively work with the Production Planner to promote the optimization of further processing plants using Demand changes and opportunities to load level both PP and FP networks
