Currently I was employed by Waru Rua rima trust, where I tended to administrative tasks for a youth engagement program committed to providing better social economic wellbeing for individuals with the goals to improve quality of life in marginalized youth. My role included co creating systems for youth, running, social sports services and initiatives and developing policy and procedures (systems) for better quality wellbeing for young people. Part of this role included report documenting, data collection and program development but also time to time I assisted working alongside facilitator to deliver program outputs.

Alongside this job I have also managed our successful family owned and operated gym for over 8 years. During this time I have learnt how to successfully engage with people, multitask and prioritise roles during demanding times.

Previous roles I have been in has been in the health sector at the University of Waikato as a senior health administrator, Te Kohao health medical administrator and Whaingaroa physiotherapy administration. In all roles I have learnt excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously with a professional approach.

In my spare time I try to maintain my health and wellbeing by training and spending time with my family and friends. I am passionate about creating systems that encourage positive development for all people I believe health is wealth.

From a professional perspective , I have learnt to be an adaptable individual who can find effective resolutions to problems by analyzing and assessing situations and developing appropriate solutions. As a committed and compassionate individual, I feel my knowledge and positive outlook would be of great benefit to any successful, professional organisation.
