I am currently working as a Vacancy Manager at the Wellington Job Connect contact center. In my role I am responsible for managing employer contacts, vacancy listing through government platforms, client search and screening for appropriate work opportunities within MSD. Whether it's helping my colleagues or enhancing my conversation on call with a client is an opportunity for my professional growth to ensure that I am offering the best service to our MSD clients. I am passionate about serving the community, enabling clients with the best opportunity towards self-reliance. I thrive within an organization that allows me to express how committed, empathetic and hardworking I am.
