With a long-standing background in customer service, from volunteering at my parents' vegetable business from 7 years old to working in hospitality and retail, I have developed strong interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on conflict resolution. I am currently studying a Bachelor's of Business, in my second year of studies, majoring in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations, minoring in Management and Leadership and Marketing. With balancing work, studies, and social relationships, effective time management is a skill I have acquired while maintaining positive progression of all responsibilities. I am now looking to apply these skills in a Human Resources role where I can further my understanding of employment dynamics, whilst supporting employee management, development, and maintaining workplace culture.
