Lead Carpenter:As a lead carpenter,My main role is to lead my team on how to install doors and windows making sure that the units were in the right position.Doing it once was my main goal making sure that we are doing it right

QA:As a QA.My main role was to ensure that the materials that are ariving on site are on good conditione specially GLASS,,It’ also my responsibility to check pre install check making sure that we are following the right procedure of installing glass.My main role is to insure that the glass install was in good quality before i present them to CPB personel

QA on Doors:QA on doors was also part of my responsibilty,,Ensuring that theres no rust and no swollen on doors,part of that is making solution on how to prevent this doors from swelling
