Junming Zhao

Shangshan Senior High School in Yingkou City is a full-time private senior high school supported by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education and the Yingkou Government.

During my tenure, I was responsible for delivering high school physics instruction to senior students. My teaching covered core topics such as magnetic fields, waves, kinematics, and electricity. I developed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, employed diverse teaching strategies to engage students of varying abilities, and fostered critical thinking and problem-solving skills in physics. I also assessed student progress through assignments and exams, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.

Reze Education is a local tutoring agency providing academic support to elementary, middle, and high school students. During my tenure, I primarily tutored students across three year levels—Year 10, Year 11, and Year 12—in mathematics and physics. I tailored lessons to individual student needs, helped improve their understanding of key concepts, and supported their exam preparation. Through personalized instruction and regular progress assessments, I contributed to enhancing students’ academic performance and confidence.
