Tapu construction is a kiwi owned company that primarily operates in south London, Wimbledon area.

This is a well established company that primarily works on high end residential renovations extensions and loft conversions.

while under a foreman role I undertook two loft conversions and two medium-large sized extensions and multiple house renovation's.

This role has provided me with a wide range of skills and knowledge in working with multi story brick and masonry houses.

Important skills in this role involved the following;

• Managed a team of carpenters for smooth project completion.
• Trained less experienced colleagues to enhance overall team skills.

This has provided a good range of diverse projects, and given me the opportunities to learn and grow in my craft

I have worked on just over 100 projects for MGBL over the last six years including 6 new builds, over 30 decks, 20 roof replacements and over 20 extensions

I have performed a comprehensive range of work that includes the following;

• Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, braces, shoring walls, and other temporary structures
• Site establishment and maintenance including setting up and monitoring Health and Safety standards that adhere to the HSW Act and current best practices
• Demolition and set-out framed floors, concrete floors and retaining walls
• Walls, roofs, ceilings, columns, posts, beams, and portals
• Exterior envelopes, roof claddings, exterior joinery, wall claddings
• I have worked my way up the ladder to site foreman and project leadership through hard work, a passion for construction and a sense of pride in the work I perform

• My main tasks as a transaction's operations analyst were;
• Reviewing account statements to ensure that all charges are accurate and appropriate
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
• Reconcile various bank accounts on a daily basis, preparing journal entries as needed
• Prepare monthly reports detailing payment activity and trends
• Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures related to payments
• Train new and existing staff on proper payment processing procedures
• Stay abreast of industry changes and developments and recommend process improvements as needed
• Adhere to all internal controls and security measures

• My main tasks as a customer support officer were;
• Responsible for taking inbound customer calls and queries through both phone and email channels
• Build a rapport with, identify and assess customers' needs to achieve the customer satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• As a small but dynamic organisation, work efficiently and be flexible to OrbitRemit customer's needs
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using OrbitRemit tools and processes
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, managing customer accounts and file documents

• Coaching and refereeing football for young children from 1-7
• Improving and developing their basic knowledge football skills and coordination
• This job also includes social skills by interacting with both children and parents helping them understand the rules and playing the game correctly
• This role required me to gain respect from all involved in order to manage and organise the sessions, and how they were run

• This was a seasonal job that took place at the end of the year, around late November early December
• I was required to work early mornings or late night to prepare the trees for selling
• When I was working, I would be either moving Christmas trees and loading these onto a truck and trailer, or running a set site
• I was sole charge on weekdays selling Christmas trees which I worked alongside the customer to discuss the product that best suits their situation
