Easily approachable and welcoming are two ways that i would describe my approach in any business. Being able to build relationships has helped me drive sales within any role i have been apart of.
Currently Les Mills is my second home being my workplace but also my place to train and escape. My full time work is a membership consultant and occasionally Duty Manager. Having to drive sales in an industry that is growing at a rapid pace has built my resilience and drive of always wanting more. I have been successful in my sales in the business, consistently being able to achieve and go beyond our targets set.
Similarly to Les Mills, i worked as a membership consultant at Snap Fitness Hamilton North. Another role that has had to make me drive for sales and create relationships within the gym already. Having only two of us that worked there, I had to take on many other duties which has helped improve time management skills.
