Kane Fladgate

I have gained valuable experience in landscaping and maintaining gardens. I have also be able to work in different areas with in the business including house renovation. Operating machinery safely and efficiently such as bobcats, diggers, tractors. I have also used chainsaws and other tools for tree maintenance and ground maintenance. At times I have been given the opportunity to lead a small team and co-ordanate with other department with in the village. This job required me to be able to communicate well with other team members as well as a vast age group including the elderly.

I worked for Jason Church over the Summer of 23 when I had finished school.

I was required to maintain a clean, organise equipment ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

I learnt how to prepare the boxing,level the sandpads, and place the concrete. It was a very physical job which I enjoyed.

I worked on a casual basis, in the school holidays in the sheds as a rousey, sorting wool and preparing it for processing. I was also able to learn wool pressing through this time, which I enjoyed.

I was able to work on attention to detail and working efficiently in a team.
