Key Responsibilities: -

  • Started a new career in nutrition evaporator & spray dryer, as Senior process technician in December 2022.
  • Doing day-to-day handovers with other shifts.
  • Operating and monitoring Evaporator & Spray Dryer equipment, HMi’s and recording required information on Logs. Managing daily paperwork and completing as per required procedures.
  • Set up, adjust, and control processing parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.) To achieve desired product specifications.
  • Collect and test in-process and final product samples to verify conformance to quality standards (e.g., moisture content, particle size, bulk density).
  • Conduct regular cleaning (CIP/SIP) and maintenance of the spray-drying equipment to meet hygiene and operational standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues, or escalate major problems to maintenance or engineering teams. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, and reduce waste or downtime.
