• I started my career at Oceania Dairy Ltd in June 2018 in Infant formula - Canning and Blending plant as a process controller role. I started working in Tipping & Filler and moved across the plant in different areas as a re-closure packer, palletizer, staging and Pouch plant.

• Leading and coaching process controllers and production team members across all aspects of operations to develop a skills, multi-disciplinary team capable of performing all production functions efficiently.
