Start to finish contracts for Lockwoods special homes, those massive builds mostly on beachfronts or cliffs with million dollar views.

From bare lot sections to lock key contracts.

Obtained a Franchise for Touchwood homes ltd owned by La Grouw corporation founders of Lockwood homes.

These were Design and build projects.

Sitting down with clients to design there dream home, price it get it signed and complete the contract to handing it over to client.

Began with the roll of Foreman, after some time and potentially profiting the company of several million dollar was given the title of project manager and started division in Rotorua completing many Ministry of education projects.

Full rebuild of Saint Marys Primary school.

Large project of Anglican retirement village in Ngongataha taking several years to complete.

Began for Marra Construction as a builder and progressed to leading hand and then Foreman.

Worked alone most of the duration on alterations and decks of holiday homes in Hahei beach

Achieved a lot over this 4 years it was the last of the original 8000 hr apprenticeships before pretrade courses were introduced.

We did housing corparation builds through to multi million dollar mansions in Remuera and my boss even swapped me out for a time to ensure i gained good knowledge of the commercial side of the trade.
