During my time at Farmlands,I have been employed in various areas of the organisation where I have developed a diverse skill set, making me an asset to the company.

• I have seen the implementation of Microsoft Ax Dynamics 2009 system and more recently the implementation of D365 which we currently use for everyday tasks.
• I gained valuable hands-on experience during the roll-out of the D365 system.Where I became a Kilt in the Banking area of the Business testing all processes in this area,the writing of Documentation for these processes to be loaded into Promap and leading the training of other Team members. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations and workflows for this area of the business, As well as a deeper understanding of the D365 system enabling me to effectively support and optimize the performance.
• Comprehensive understanding of all aspects in Accounts receivable and Accounts payable areas of the business.
• Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 8 and encouraging them to reach their full potential professionally.

Supporting other internal and external Stakeholders to reach positive results for all involved.
