Summary

Having been a part of the Graduate Program at a leading global IT company in my early career with DXC Technology, I have gained invaluable skills and exposure to the industry. Specialising with public sector clients, I fell into the space of Project Management rather quickly where I was responsible for the delivery of multifaceted migrations, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement programmes. My responsibilities grew quickly with the Ministries high demand for changes post-election. This allowed me exposure and involvement across significant IT projects for New Zealand. Joining the IT Industry was an unexpected career path for me, and I am grateful to have fallen into the growing space. Since graduating from the University of Canterbury in 2022 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management, I have been given the opportunities to learn a range of transferrable, practical skills. With my range of exposure in different industries, and interest in both creativity and analytics, I thrive in roles that require innovative thinking and critical decision-making, allowing me to contribute across a wide range of business functions. I am personable and organised with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, with an understanding of the project lifecycle and proficiency in Microsoft Project and JIRA. I would describe myself as down-to-earth, hardworking and approachable. I am a team player and pride myself on my strong communication and interpersonal skills. I’m organised, reliable, and passionate about helping others, with a continuous drive to learn and grow.
