I have decided that hairdressing is not a career I want to pursue long-term, and therefore, I would like to explore career opportunities in retail and customer service. I have a keen eye for detail, and I am very aware of managing my work time. I have high levels of organization for whatever my task is, and good communication skills from my time working with clients, over the phone, or via text/email. I learn quickly and am experienced in managing computer systems for bookings, product ordering, and supplier communications. I have learned how to converse well with customers, sell products to clients, advertise specials and offers, and read or listen to customers' feelings through the way they communicate. I have a lot of experience in handling high-volume customer needs, quickly assessing each customer and their personal needs and wants. I am a motivated student with a strong desire to gain hands-on experience in dynamic environments.
