• Assisted with site visits to residential properties for the purposes of assessing their market valuation
• Completed detailed research on recent sales in the area, and also searched City Council property files
• Prepared the bulk of the valuation reports for the valuer.

Part time role whilst at University

• Travelling to farms in the district, communicating with clients and completing a range of duties relating to animal health in sheep.
• Helped clients regarding animal health, questions and concerns, education on treatment protocol and general procedures.

• Overseeing the day to day operations and managing two farmhands
• Placed supply orders, restocked supplies and merchandised products for purchase by customers
• Managed operational records, administrative needs and marketing plans to promote business and strengthen revenue streams
