Kia ora! I am a healthcare professional with dedication to providing exceptional patient care. I focus on possessing thorough understanding of surgical procedures and infection control practices, combined with effective communication skills in a team environment. I am committed to improving patient outcomes and ensuring safe and efficient operating room environments. I would like to push myself and take on a role with more responsibilities and leadership roles, improve my own practice and knowledge, in the hopes of achieving more managerial roles in the future. I am confident in my leadership progression by taking opportunities to teach and lead teams, and would love an opportunity to pursue this further.
