• Greeted customers, helped locate merchandise and suggested suitable options.

• Used POS system to process sales, returns and gift card activations.
• Initiate conversations with customers to determine buying preferences.

• Ensuring shop floor is fully stocked.

• Commenced in processing, checking inward stock and stock taking.
• Once season kicked off, I was moved into retail floor.

• My role as a colourist consisted of: highlighting, tinting, blow waving and styling of clients hair, Making and serving coffee and other drinks, general cleaning, recommending and selling products to clients.

• Assisting for hair on photoshoots and fashion shows.
