Summary

Dynamic Self Employed Business Owner with a proven track record in operations management. I created my business from experiences I had as a cleaner, being a part of the industry at ground level. I had a drive and desire to do better, and make changes within the industry to and provide and deliver quality services to customers, clients, and businesses.I wanted more for myself and family, and to be respected for the hard work which encompasses my skills in specialized cleaning, from where I started my own business.

2018 - 2024 I developed my business which would be an essential role around the time of Covid. I learnt many strands of cleaning ranging from construction to firework, residential, commercial, property maintenance and industrial cleaning. It was a successful business that was supported through sub contracting and partnerships in the cleaning and property industry. I did a lot of networking which cteated relationships with cleaning suppliers where I also leatnt anout chemicals and ratios to deliver safety around using chemicals in cleaning contracts.I was backed by an Iwi organization that supported my vision which covered uniforms and graphic design. I achieved my successes and backing alone in the following are the businesses I sub contracted with and created working partnerships with.

2021 I moved to Auckland on a contract with Bracken and Webb in October. The contract was misleading and then worked toward better opportunities.

2022 I left Downer Due to health issues that are now resolved.

2014 When I graduated from University I went back home to help my people I was a successful Social Worker that was supported by my community where I ran one of the biggest campaigns ever done solo against community violence where I gained support through community and organisations to part take in raising awareness about community violence and to support social change.

2001 I Excelled at Carter Holt Harvey by enhancing product quality and streamlining processes. Skilled in conflict resolution and quality control, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism. Achieved significant customer satisfaction and operational efficiency without exceeding budget constraints.

2002 I worked for Pumpkin Patch. I only remember what I could in terms of what my key responsibilities, I listed what I remembered.
