Supervision of 25 tutors, on campus students, and distance learners. Working with curriculum management team, upgrading from Diploma to Bachelor studies.

Providing professional guidance and support to teaching teams within the Association. Working on management projects, and special education portfolio.

Supporting neurodiverse children and their whānau to be part of an inclusive learning Working collaboratively with whānau. teachers and other professionals to ensure optimal learning outcomes, and nuturing a strong sense of whanaungatanga.

I have been responsible for leading and guiding the teaching team which includes qualified and unqualified teaching assistants, learning support staff, and our Office Administrator. Working witha range of professionls to ensure optimal outcomes for children's learning and transitions.

I work collaboratively with whānau to support children's learning and development, recognising children's individual strengths, and learning dispositions .
