Katie Ivamy

I am lucky enough to have lived in Hawke's Bay from the age of ten. My daughter was born here, and we are both very active in the local marching scene (I am a regional judge, the manager/treasurer for my daughters’ club and on the Hawke's Bay committee).

My strengths include time management, determination, and a willingness to learn. I am a self-motivated, independent woman who is not afraid of hard work.

I am a fast learner who can work both independently and as part of a team. I pride myself on doing a job well done. For the previous eight years I have been working at WineWorks as a laboratory technician carrying out both chemical and microbial testing, calibrating equipment and running the alcohlyzer and automated spectro. Over the last three years I have been part of our health and safety committee and started carrying out internal audits and SOP writing.
