With the ability to accurately handle cash, and consistently provide assistance and friendliness, I constantly prioritize customer satisfaction and store efficiency, contributing to an increase in customer loyalty and a positive workplace environment. As a tutor, I am able to efficiently convey information, while ensuring that it can be taught in different ways to suit every individual. I ensure that each classroom is a welcoming environment that encourages group collaboration, and I prioritise communication to make everyone feel comfortable and able to interact and ask questions.
