• Pioneered and established the Baby Sensory brand in Auckland targeting families with babies aged 0-13 months. More than 10,000 families served to date at recreational facilities and Churches all over Auckland.
• Created an intently customer focus business that aims to ensure that every client and stakeholder interaction is professional, simple and stress free. My aim is to have clients walk away with a smile.
• Developed fun, interactive and highly sought after classes through word-of-mouth referrals from Plunket, doctors and satisfied customers. There is always a waitlists.
• Expanded the business in East Auckland from 0 to 800 families and the remaining Auckland business from 0 to 2,600 families which were later sold profitably.
• Organised and hosted special themed events (Halloween, Father’s Day, Christmas etc) that attract 1,000 people each year. With different stakeholder at different location around the city
• Developed a successful social media strategy utilising video and images on Facebook (Currently more than 15,000 followers) leading to increased engagement and bookings.
• Identified and provided sold-out outdoor classes for families emerging from COVID lockdown in St Heliers and Cornwall Park.
• Continued mentorship and training to Baby Sensory staff and leaders to ensure a strong team culture that focuses on customer service, professionalism and high performance.
