• Ensuring Health and Safety Procedures are followed by personnel.
• Ensuring entire yard is safe according and Health and safety standards.
• Liase with Health and Safety committee to review Procedures, identify, assess any hazards and implement further procedures if required.
• Ensuring yard is maintained to a clean and safe standard.
• Procurement and assessment and review procurement to identify where to cut costs.
• Ensuring machinery is safe and operable including but not limited to onsite generators, welders, forklifts and highstackers
• Liase with Clients to ensuring their customers demands are met.
• Liase with trucking companies in order for all facets to operate efficiently.
• Stocktaking
• Have regular meetings with each department to ensure each are operating as expected, to hear and/or reinforce any health safety concerns and build morale.

• Ensuring all areas and personnel are compliant with Health and safety standards.
• Liasion with Depot and General manager to ensure client demands are met.
• Ensuring KPIs and daily targets set by the company are met.
• Parts and Machinery required are avaliable and in working order.
• Establishing new and innovative ways to increase efficiency.
• Supervising team members to ensure quality and safety.

Driver

• Unloading/ loading trucks
• Replenishment of workshops, survey, Upgrade and Pretrip
• Ensuring the yard including stacks, work areas are compliant with Health and Safety standards.

Surveyor

• Inspection of shipping containers

Repairer

• Repairing damaged containers

Driving

• Unload/ Load trucks
• Replenish workshops, survey pads, Washbay with work.
• Ensure stacks, work rows and yard conform to Health and Safety standards.
• Ensure machinery can be safely operated.

Surveyor

• Inspecting Shipping containers to ensure the safety and cargo worthy needs of clients customers.

• Repair damaged shipping containers
