My past work history is evidence that I can successfully work in a environment that prides itself on food safety, cleanliness and hygiene. I am also a hard worker, a diligent worker and a fast learner which makes me perfect for this position.
However the last 10 years I have been a stay home mum to my four wonderful boys, James, Harry, Sebastian and Elijah and this is where I have learnt the greatest of all life lessons more than any job could have prepared me for.

During the last 10 years of being a stay home mother I still found time to cultivate my own interest
I enrolled in Open Polytechnic to keep my interest alive in ecology and the environment, working towards a Bachelor in Environmental Science
I also started a YouTube channel, a place I could share my interest in baking, cooking, crafting, gardening, reading, learning, outdoor activities and learning a new skill in video development, and photography
