With 10+ years experience in the events and hospitality industry as well as 6 years corporate experience. I have an abundance of knowledge in customer care, service and management of relationships both internally as well as with key clients in the public and private sectors. My skills include but are not limited to conducting market research and analysis, managing project timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved.
My experience in events and hospitality has allowed me to successfully deliver both small and large-scale projects, events and brand activations. I have been responsible for the management and administration of all clients, partners, suppliers, staff, and enquiries as the first point of contact right from planning and logistics through to execution and activation. I have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy. Notable achievements include themed issue launches for Remix Magazine, the Annual Property Council Industry Awards, Flight Centre New Zealand Annual Awards/Conference, Field Days with Hyundai and ANZ, corporate hosting for the Bank of New Zealand, the New Zealand Breakers, international speakers, and music events at the then Vector Arena.
Within a corporate environment, I have experience as a personal assistant and project coordinator. Managing project documentation, team and client relationships for a range of different projects like the New Zealand Pavilion at the Dubai World Expo, Pūhinui Station Interchange, Wāikato Regional Theatre, The Domain Collection, and York House. When I moved into the communications and business development team, I developed the key client management programme, provided administrative and design support to the tender/RFP process for new projects as well as continuing to coordinate and support practice groups and their projects. In 2019, I was lucky enough to be heavily involved with the Jasmax company rebrand process and the activation of the new brand when it was completed. The Jasmax Rebrand won a gold pin at the 2020 Best Awards for Large-Brand Identity.
This collection of knowledge contributes to my success at every task I do because it highlights my exceptional personal presentation, people, communication, management and production skills.
