Pleased do not be deterred by my age - I believe it to be an advantage. Being recently out of school, I have spent the last few years submitting NCEA assessments, I am used to the pressure of writing and analysing exam material and meeting deadlines. It also means I am confident in computer systems, I am familiar (not fluent) with Māori language, I don’t have (and do not wish to) have a young family and therefore shift work hours are no problem.
In my final year of school I also balanced working full time and being part of the Cromwell Rowing Club, this meant being out of bed at 4.15am and returning home at 8.30pm.
I don’t have an enlarged CV with several past work experiences to offer you, but I know I am capable of being taught, to listen, to respect, to be dependable and to always go the extra mile. I have family members that are proof to me that not all successful people need to be University graduates, they need to know how to work hard, be honest and believe in themselves.
