- set out prefab frames on concrete slabs and also the second story of townhouses, under the supervision of a leading builder. (e.g., marking out the position of frames along the concrete slab).
- Erecting pre-fab frames for new builds and interpreting them according to the plans.
- Erected trusses to plans under supervision, and also the formation of valleys and hips.
- Wrapped exterior of buildings. Single-story to two-story buildings (RAB, Eco-ply, building wrap), and also interior (Intello).
- Prep work, set out, and installation of different kinds of cladding under the supervision of a leading builder.
- Installation of exterior and interior joinery according to plans.
- Fire protection work (installation of fire line along walls, ceilings, and around columns, beams).
- Prep work and lining installation of interior frames (Gib/Ply).
- Wet-room renovations (full strip, re-ply of floors/walls, and installation of linings).
- Installation of hardware for interior joinery.
- Retaining wall and fencing work. Mark out/set out the line of the fence, retaining wall, and post holes. Build/installation of fence/retaining walls.

- House renovation: interior demolition, beam and portal installation, set out to dig out under the house for the basement, propping for under the house, set out and prep work for the basement slab and brickwork, Ardex waterproofing installation and prep work, building extension floor for the house over the basement, and building wall frames and erecting them into place to create layout/rooms in the basement and ground floor.
