I am a warm and welcoming person to all people I come across. I work well with people from all walks of life, and from all ages. I have worked in early childhood education and rest homes, and this has enhanced my communication and people skills immensely. I work well in a team and enjoy working with others and building relationships with my colleagues. I am calm under challenging circumstances - such as angry customers, which has been a common occurrence in hospitality. I like to solve issues or complaints in a timely manner and in a way that satisfies all parties involved. I handle workplace politics with grace, and prefer to communicate issues clearly and resolve them before they get any worse.
