I currently have a part time job as stage crew for concerts we help put the stage up and that includes heavy lifting of up to 100kgs also scaffolding ,packing and other things along the way as there is alot of jobs to do in that industry when your putting a stage up.

General cleans and ovens ,pools , gardens landscaping we done it all whatever where ever I'm quite old when it comes to cleaning so it's good that's probably been my favorite job

I was making trusses

Got used to using a drop saw an a hand saw

Lifting upto 70kgs (one plank of the longest timber)

Used a massive press machine to press the plates into the trusses
