• Facilitator of the Advanced Emergency Management study days in PICU
• Responsible for ensuring PICU maintains optimal patient care, regularly seeking quality and improvement changes to ensure a high standard of care

• The focus of this role was to establish a quality standard of care, improve paediatric patient safety and educate nursing staff caring for paediatric patients within an adult ICU environment. I established paediatric specific policies and guidelines and collated resources for nursing staff.
