This project include 2 stages including the refurbishment and upgrade of part of the existing court facility and achieved practical completion for Ministry of Justice. New featured ceilings and 4m high steel stud walls were put up. This project was completed on time and significant savings were made on the original budgets.
Project: Elizabeth Knox Home and Hospital
This project is a two-story structure, features 62 care rooms. Construction process faces various challenges but still meet practical completion on time.
Project: MetLifeCare Greenwich Gardens Stage 7
This project allows for the new 51 room independent living unit complex to be constructed on the same site. It is now approaching to an end, falling within budget and expected completion time.
