  • To coordinate and facilitate the Wairarapa Family Violence Interagency Response System (Te Tatou Pounamu) in accordance with the FVAIRS Terms of Reference document
  • Facilitate Te Tatou Pounamu meetings and run according to terms of reference
  • Ensure Te Tatou Pounamu meeting protocol is established and maintained
  • Read 5F reports individually and identify which agency is most suitable to follow up if not being completed by FST
  • Send the reports out to Te Tatou Pounamu core group with tasking’s for the day
